Q U A N T U M  Y O G A

Quantum Yoga is a method of optimising your personal practice. It uses Ayurveda (the Indian Science of life) to diagnose what type of yoga sequence may be most beneficial. Ayurveda assessment tools are used to identify your dominant body mind constitution or dosha and vinyasa flow (breath synchronised movement) is used to transition through dosha regulating sequences.

Yin yoga aspires to work deeper into the connective tissues of the body, targeting the ligaments, joints, bones and fascia. Strengthen your heart and mind and through a series of long held postures which will also help you to regain flexibility and maintain mobility in later life.

V I N Y A S A  F L O W

Wednesdays 0700 - 0800

Saturdays 0830 - 0930

Uses a repetitive sequence which progressively builds into a dynamic and challenging continuous flow of movement synchronised with the breath. It’s a good option for complete beginners to become familiar with key poses and an opportunity for experienced practitioners to notice the quality of breath which is an indication of mental balance.

A S H T A N G A - V I N Y A S A

Thursdays 1800 - 1900

This class features poses from the primary and secondary Ashtanga series’ and links them together in a breath synchronised flow. This means that it is more challenging than our regular Vinyasa Flow Class however, options are offered for all abilities in the hope that it will be accessible yet inspiring.
